Please join OVWA and Heather Estudillo, National Director of Victim Services, MADD National Office, for an in depth look at vehicular assaults and homicides, and the unique difficulties facing survivors and surviving family members of these crimes. Heather Estudillo has provided services to victims of drunk and drugged driving crashes for more than 15 years. She has developed and trained national audiences of victim advocate professionals and volunteers on topics regarding the impacts of trauma, crisis support, case management and victimization. She represents Mothers Against Drunk Driving, MADD as the National Director of Victim Services and manages the MADD National Helpline for victims and survivors of substance impaired driving.
