ODVN - So You Work in a Shelter: Navigating an Alternate Universe

Working in a domestic violence shelter comes with unique responsibilities and issues. Join ODVN Director of Program Support and Training Shelley Marsh and Assistant Director Emily Kulow as they help you navigate specific shelter and hotline concerns that relate to excellence in customer service, boundaries, confidentiality,
de-escalation and parenting.

Cost: $20 for ODVN members, $30 for non-members

CEUs: To obtain 5.5 CEUs, you are required to attend the entire training. Please note that CEU credit hours will only be given for the hours you attend. There are no exceptions. Counselor and social work provider numbers are #RSX040202 and #RCX120302.

Deadline for Registration: April 17, 2020 or sooner if the training reaches capacity.

Refund Policy: A full refund will be given until the deadline, April 17, 2020. If you cancel your registration after the deadline or fail to attend the training, you or your agency will be responsible for the full registration fee. Participant substitutions are always permitted.
